Couch to 5k

Designed to get you up off the couch and running 5k within 10 weeks, with the support of our qualified run leaders. Ideal for complete beginners or those who are out of practice.

5k+

Already comfortable running 5k? Reach your next goal with our 5k+ group runs! Sessions will vary each week, structured to improve your all-round running fitness.

Run Your Way

A supportive and fun way for new runners to find their feet. There’s no pressure to run for a specific distance or time and you’ll have the support of experienced run leaders to guide you along the way.

Half Marathon Training

Ready to tackle a half marathon? Join our relaxed and fun training sessions starting from 6 miles. Run with a supportive group and stay motivated as we work towards 13.1 miles together. 

Unlimited group running for Be Well members!

If you love our group run sessions, you’ll get the very best value as a Be Well member – with all of our runs included as part of your membership, along with unlimited gym, swimming, group exercise and sports sessions. Members can also book activities up to 8 days in advance.
