Body Conditioning is the optimal mix of cardio, strength and core exercises in one workout. It will invigorate your entire body and leave you feeling fantastic.

What to expect from Body Conditioning

The class will focus on three key areas – strength, muscular endurance and fitness.

Our instructors will take you through a range of high-energy, mixed-impact workouts providing the perfect combination of cardio fitness, strength and toning.
