Zumba is an enjoyable and effective workout for those who love to dance to high-energy, upbeat music!

This high-intensity class combines cardio and Latin-inspired dance moves to burn calories, work your body and leave you feeling fantastic.

The repetitive, accessible choreography means you’ll pick up the moves as you go – even if you’ve got two left feet!

Start a slower warm-up song the build intensity through the workout before cooling back down, all the while improving your cardiovascular fitness, balance, co-ordination and agility.
