Couch to 5k group runs are perfect for beginners looking to get up and running!

What to expect from Couch to 5k

Ideal for complete beginners or those who are out of practice, Couch to 5k is designed to gradually build your stamina and confidence over the course of 10 weeks.

Go from walking and light jogging, to running non-stop for 30 minutes with the support of our qualified group leaders. You’ll be surprised by what you can achieve!

  • Monday, 6.30pm at Howe Bridge Leisure Centre
  • Wednesday, 6.30pm at Aspull Playing Fields & Leigh Leisure Centre
  • Thursday, 6.30pm at Ashton Leisure Centre
  • Saturday, 9am at Amberswood, Hindley (meet at La Cava main car park)
  • Sunday, 9.30am at Wigan Life Centre
