With Pilates the focus is on balance, posture, core strength and flexibility with a variety of mat-based exercises designed to boost both your physical and mental wellbeing.

A combination of breathing techniques and body alignments will help strengthen, tone and increase muscle endurance. Pilates can also contribute to a stronger core and pelvic floor, and reduce lower back pain.
