What to expect from Latin Dance

Our amazing Latin dance classes are ‘strictly’ good fun! It doesn’t matter whether you’re a dance lover or a complete beginner; this is an enjoyable and social way to improve your fitness.

With the help of our professional dance instructor you’ll explore a variety of different styles, from salsa and merengue to cha cha and mambo – learning the basic steps, rhythms, and patterns of the dances, as well as techniques for leading and following.

As well as getting a good cardio workout, you’ll improve your balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and mobility. You’ll also have a laugh and meet new people.

We can cater to all levels, from beginners to the more advanced, so whoever you are – even if you have two left feet – you can come dancing with us!
