Non-swimmers will be restricted to the shallow end of the pool. Armbands are provided as part of the party package to anyone who requires them.  

No. However, anyone under the age of 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (age 16+), with a ratio of 2 under 8s to 1 adult. 

No. The maximum age for the inflatable is 14 years. Anyone over the age of 14 will be able to access the pool but will not be allowed onto the inflatable run. 

No. Locker tokens are provided as part of the party package and are available at reception. 

All pool party activities last for 1 hour.

Party rooms are included within the price of the food package options which are available from our on-site café at an additional cost. 

No. Party hosts are not provided in any of our party packages.  

Our pool parties are for a maximum 40 participants including any adults. There is no limit on the number of non-participants.

All party bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. 

Parties can be cancelled and fully refunded when cancelled within 28 days of the party date. Any parties cancelled with less than 28 days’ notice will only be refunded if the party slot can be subsequently resold. Parties can be moved to an alternative date, if available, on one occasion only.
