Aqua Mobility

Aqua Mobility is a lower intensity version of a Low Aqua class comprising of 15 minutes of aqua aerobics and 30 minutes of muscle-strengthening exercises using pool noodles and foam dumbbells.

What to expect from Aqua Mobility

A gentle exercise session that’s absolutely perfect for anybody with joint, muscle or mobility issues.

We start by warming you up with a series of aerobic exercises and then move on to targeting specific muscles in a low-impact way using the increased resistance of water. Some exercises also use pool noodles/woggles and aqua dumbbells.

These sessions are ideal for physical rehabilitation, building endurance and increasing mobility.

  • Walking in water
  • Knee raises
  • Outer thigh
  • Hip extension
  • Calf raises
  • Side taps
  • Resistance exercises
