What to expect from Virtual Body Balance

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

Follow your on-screen instructor who will show you all the appropriate options dependent on your ability. Don’t worry about what others are doing, just do what feels good for you!

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves as well as elements of tai chi and pilates – while also learning to control your breathing.

When you’re just starting out, it’s a good idea to ease yourself in by limiting yourself to the first three or four tracks.

It’s also good to commit yourself to a few sessions from the start as it can take a few classes to feel comfortable with all of the moves – but we promise the effort will be worth it.
