What to expect from a PT session

Our 1-2-1 PT sessions are perfect for those looking for fast results! We’ll provide expert insight and advice to make the most of your workouts while keeping you consistent and moving in the right direction.

Your personal trainer will start by working with you to create a safe and effective workout programme that meets your goals and objectives.

From there they will keep you on track with the motivation and support you need – carefully watching your movements for muscular imbalances, proper form and good posture.

Your PT will then tailor your workouts as you progress, increasing the intensity of your exercises at the right times to maximise performance.

Free PT session for new members…

All new members get a free PT taster session when they join!

This one hour session is all about you! Your friendly personal trainer will help you improve your performance and perfect your routine with focused tips and advice to maximise results and explore your limits.

If you enjoy the session and feel like you’ll benefit from ongoing 1:1 tuition then you can book more sessions at an additional cost. However, there is no obligation and absolutely no pressure to do so!
