Low Aerobics is a fun, lower impact form of exercise that puts less stress on your muscles and joints while still building cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength.

What to expect from Low Aerobics

Take a more gentle approach to exercise with this safe and enjoyable workout that minimises jumping and other high-impact movements.

The focus is instead on brisk walking, stretching and other low-impact floor-based exercises designed to get you working at around 55-75 per cent of your maximum heart rate.
