(14yrs+) Aqua Aerobics is a fun, water-based alternative to studio aerobics. The water lowers the impact on your body while still providing an all-round resistance workout.

What to expect from Aqua Aerobics

Jump in for an enjoyable, social, pool-based group exercise class set to up-tempo music.

Our instructor will lead you through a variety of exercises using the increased resistance of water to work your muscles while limited the impact on your joints.

It’s a fun and effective way to tone, strengthen and increase your stamina.
