Our pre-school gymnastics programmes are a fantastic and fun way to introduce your child to the world of physical exercise.

A solid foundation…

As well as being an incredible and enjoyable sport in itself, gymnastics provides the perfect foundation for any sporting activity, helping to develop balance, coordination and fundamental motor skills.

At Be Well, we offer gymnastics programmes for toddlers and pre-school aged children, either with or without parental involvement depending on the child’s age and ability.

Sessions take place in our well-equipped gymnastics hall at Robin Park Leisure Centre where our instructors will build your child’s confidence and ability through interactive activities, new experiences and kind, encouraging and positive coaching.

Pre-school gymnastics

An 8-week course of structured gymnastics lessons delivered by our fully-qualified and friendly gymnastics coaches.

Children learn basic body coordination and movement, are encouraged to develop key social skills and are introduced to basic gymnastic equipment.

These sessions are a great opportunity for children to gain confidence on the equipment and experience all the basics of gymnastics in a fun and exploratory way.

Children must be independent. Parents must remain on the premises for the duration of the class but are not required to take part in the session. A viewing area is available for you to watch your little ones having fun and performing their new skills.

Suitable for ages 3+

Parent and toddler gymnastics

A less structured 8-week course led by our fully-qualified and friendly gymnastics coaches, with parent participation to encourage little ones to develop their confidence. This is a fantastic option for children who aren’t yet independent.
