Outdoor Fitness is an open air full-body workout using a series of exercises to target specific muscle groups. Complete each set of repetitions before moving on to the next – with little or no rest in between.

What to expect from Outdoor Fitness

Like a regular gym-based circuit class but with the added benefit of fresh air!

Work your whole body and hit all the major muscle groups for a complete workout.

You’ll keep things fresh as you move between a variety of different exercises, from push-ups and squats to boxing.

You can go at your own pace, with different exercise options available depending on your ability.

Unlimited group exercise for Be Well members!

If you love group exercise, you’ll get the very best value as a Be Well member – with all of our classes included as part of your membership, along with unlimited gym, swimming and sports sessions. Members can also book activities up to 8 days in advance.
