What to expect from Yogalates

Yogalates is a hybrid of the popular practices of Yoga and Pilates, with a focus on promoting functional movement and whole-body health.

It centres in on the core muscles, strengthening the lower back and leading to better posture and balance – making it particularly useful for fall prevention.

Perform a series of poses and movements designed to increase flexibility and mobility, boost confidence and body awareness, and improve breathing, circulation and energy levels.

Yogalates can also help speed up metabolic function, making it effective for weight loss when combined with good nutrition.
