What to expect from Dance Fitness

Get into the groove and work up a sweat with the help of our fabulous professional dance instructor.

You’ll learn a variety of different styles, from Latin favourites to more modern dance moves, with a focus on burning calories and improving your balance, coordination, strength, flexibility and mobility.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re a dance lover or a complete beginner; this is a fun and social way to improve your fitness.
