Circuits

Circuit Training offers a full body workout through a series of exercises targeting specific muscle groups. Complete each set of repetitions before moving on to the next exercise with little or no rest in between.

What to expect from Circuits

Work your whole body and hit all the major muscle groups for a complete workout.

You’ll keep things fresh as you move between a variety of different exercises, from push-ups and squats to boxing.

You can go at your own pace, with different exercise options available depending on your ability.

Unlimited group exercise for Be Well members!
