Low Circuit is a low-intensity class made up of strengthening and toning exercises. Ideal for beginners or those returning to exercise.

What to expect from Low Circuits

Take a more gentle approach to exercise with this safe and enjoyable circuit class that minimises jumping and other high-impact movements.

You’ll keep things fresh as you move between a variety of different exercises, from walking and jogging, to squats, press-ups, core strength exercises and light weights. Complete each set of repetitions before moving on to the next exercise.
