What to expect from Aeromix

A high-impact aerobic conditioning workout that includes warm-up, aerobic and toning/core conditioning components.

The class is designed for a range of fitness levels, with both high and low intensity moves shown for all the routines so you can choose the most suitable option for you.

Routines are carefully devised to challenge aerobic fitness, muscular strength and overall core conditioning.
