Core Conditioning focuses on strengthening your core – including the abdominal muscles, lower back and hips. These exercises help improve stability, posture and overall functional strength.

What to expect from Core Conditioning

This class is all about giving you the correct technique to effectively work your abdomen, lower back, hips, glutes and legs.

You’ll build a stronger core through a variety of exercises including crunches, bridges, planks and back extensions.

These exercises will support stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improving balance and assisting injury prevention.
