HIIT Step

HIITSTEP is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout designed to improve power, increase strength and burn calories. Uses step and dynamic bodyweight exercises with voiceover-led music tracks to inspire and motivate.

What to expect from HIIT Step

This class combines elements and benefits of step aerobics with the intensity of HIIT (high-intensity interval training).

You’ll burn calories, improve your cardiovascular health and tone your lower body muscles as you complete a variety of jumps, thrusts and other movements.

Exercise types involved:

  • lateral sprints 
  • travelling press-ups
  • squat jumps
  • twisted jumps
  • squat thrusts
  • burpees
