HIIT (high-intensity interval training) boosts cardo fitness, builds lean muscle and improves endurance. Exercise as hard and fast as you can for a short burst, then slow things down for a brief recovery period before going again.

What to expect from HIIT

HIIT is a type of interval training alternating between bursts of high-intensity movement to increase your heart rate, and shorter periods of lower-intensity exercise.

The class has been designed to enhance endurance, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
