Aerotone is a fun, 45-minute aerobics class set to uplifting music – incorporating strength and toning exercises for a fantastic full-body workout.

What to expect from Aerotone

This class combines elements of aerobics and weight training. It’s designed to give you a full body workout, increasing energy levels while toning muscles.

The routines incorporate the use of dumbbells and are set to energetic music.
