Wellness Walking Football

A fun, social, mixed gender walking football session designed for those with mobility issues and long-term health conditions. Combines strength and balance exercises with simple training drills and a gentle game.

What to expect from Wellness Walking Football

Delivered in partnership with the Walking Football Association and Parkinson’s UK, this session is ideal for those with mobility issues or long-term medical conditions.

The sessions will start with a warm-up delivered by a specialist wellbeing coach, incorporating exercises to improve and maintain strength and balance.

You’ll then take part in simple football training drills and enjoy a gentle, relaxed and friendly kickabout.

All equipment provided.
