Fast 30

Fast 30 is a fun and effective 30-minute gym floor workout using a range of functional equipment. These highly motivational classes are great for improving all-round strength and cardio fitness. Members only.

What to expect from Fast 30

A functional gym floor session that works the whole body and hits all the major muscle groups for a complete workout.

You’ll keep things fresh as you move between a variety of different exercises, including ski erg, assault bike, sled push and punch bag.

You can go at your own pace, with different exercise options available depending on your ability.
