Xtreme Swim combines swimming strokes with cardiovascular and strengthening exercises to improve your all-round strength and fitness.

What to expect from Xtreme Swim

A combination of a circuit class and lane swimming, Xtreme Swim incorporates swimming strokes and cardiovascular and strength exercises for an effective pool-based workout.

Split 50/50 in and out of water, this instructor-led class includes body weight exercises such as squats, sit-ups and planks performed at poolside. In the water you can swim whichever stroke you prefer, usually for two lengths at a time.

All movements can be adapted to suit your ability.
