Step & Tone is an easy to follow cardio and toning workout using a step, together with body conditioning exercises to burn calories and strengthen and tone muscles in the entire body.

What to expect from Step & Tone

Throw it back to the 90s with some classic step aerobics!

In this low-impact, high-energy class you’ll spend 30 minutes learning a choreographed step aerobics routine to music. After that it’s 15 minutes of interval training using strength and cardio exercises, working at your own pace to timed intervals.
