What to expect from Hatton Boxing

A full body workout designed in collaboration with four-time World Boxing Champion Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton’s Boxing Academy.

You’ll punch, duck and weave your way through a variety of exercises designed to improve strength, speed, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.
