FIT Gym is a safe and supported space to learn the correct techniques and training methods you need to achieve your goals. Please note: An initial consultation is required to use our gym facilities.

What to expect from FIT Gym

Our FIT Gym sessions are designed specifically for young people (ages 11-15), with guidance and support from our expert instructors so you can make the most of your workouts.

You’ll use a variety of gym equipment and learn about the benefits of different training methods, including resistance, cardio and functional training.

Exercise types involved:

  • running / walking
  • cycling
  • rowing 
  • pressing
  • pulling 
  • lifting
