What to expect from FIT Boxing

Our FIT Boxing sessions are designed specifically for young people (ages 11-15), with guidance and support from our expert instructors so you can make the most of your workout.

You’ll punch, duck and weave your way through a variety of exercises designed to improve strength, speed, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.
