Stephen was left “flattened” after being treated for prostate cancer, but with the help of Be Well’s Cancer Rehab class and Nordic Walking he’s back on his feet and enjoying an active lifestyle as part of his recovery.

Daniel’s self-esteem hit rock bottom during Covid, but with the help of Be Well’s family fitness team he’s become an inspirational role model for other young people.

“I always struggled with my weight since being a teenager… since joining Be Well, I’ve met really inspirational instructors that have motivated me.”

Jenny joined Be Well to improve her fitness and achieve a healthier weight. Now, as a qualified group ex instructor in her own right, she’s inspiring others in their wellbeing journey.

Andy’s life was turned upside down when he suffered a stroke – but through playing walking football with Be Well he’s rediscovering his real self.
